This role provides the option of working at an MPI work location or a blend of remote and in-office work.    As a Developer 1, you will be part of the Software Development & Operations team which maintains, modifies and upgrades purchased and customer developed software. You will be responsible for designing program logics, codes and test programs as part of the project team.

As the Associate Injury Claims Analyst, you will collaboratively review and recommend changes to operational processes and policies in the PIPP Support Services department and/or other injury claims units. In this role, you will undergo a structured training program to independently analyze complex information and implement improvements. You will oversee data maintenance, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and provide training.

As the Driver Examiner, you will conduct written and road tests for all classes (except Class 1) of licences including Driver Fitness testing for Manitoba drivers in accordance with the Driver Testing and Licensing Manuals and schedules. You will provide information to the public regarding Driver Testing and Licensing procedure and department requirements. Driver Examiners are responsible for operating the Mobile testing units.
