The Associate Case Manager will become proficient at investigating and evaluating claims situations, developing comprehensive rehabilitation plans, promoting quality and cost-effective interventions and outcomes, proactively managing claims, and developing an understanding of recovery guidelines and overall ability to provide outstanding customer service.
