Reporting to the Business Process Management Lead, the Business Process Analyst (BPA), is responsible for facilitating process discovery of current processes, process analysis, and process redesign. Leveraging methodologies and tools from Lean and Agile, the BPA supports business process management through the analysis and documentation of end-to-end business processes and workflows to build and maintain the process catalogue repository, business rules, application integrations, data and risk inputs and outputs.
The BPA, in conjunction with the Business Process Management team, facilitates collaboration and cooperation between Major Programs, business operations, and Information Technology. The BPA establishes and maintains cross-functional relationships with management and staff to facilitate an agreed understanding of the relationships and interdependencies between key business processes, current and future, focusing on delivery of value (products and services) to customers and the alignment of customer journeys and corporate strategic vision.
