Responsibilities

As a Professional Intern in our Financial Operations department, you will have the opportunity to work with various Finance departments and subject matter experts directly supporting an ERP transformation.

This role will gather, develop and create various process documents such as process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures while analyzing processes to identify areas for process improvements.

Data collection and organization will be required to support collaboration and communication with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree or diploma program in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Business Analysis or a related field.
  • Be a recent or current graduate (i.e. must have graduated at the end of 2024 or graduating in 2025).
  • Strong interest in business processes, ERP systems, and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred qualifications:

o             Experience with process mapping software.

o             Basic understanding of ERP systems.
