Overview

As a Quality Analyst you will work with the COE Quality team, Business Analysts and other IT staff to analyze, plan, develop, document, script, execute and maintain an Automated Test Suite for all computer systems supported by the Software Development & Operations department. As a member of a product team, you will produce deliverables specific to each phase of the systems development process while providing technical and analytical support to other team members.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze current systems through review of documentation and interviews with business analysts, IT staff and System User Analysts.
  • Participate in requirement definitions, including the creation of User Stories.
  • Develop conceptual design documents.
  • Participate in systems and implementation design.
  • Test automation plans.
  • Participate in enterprise architecture development, as required.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Computer Science or related IT discipline.
  • Three years of experience in systems analysis, design and/or programming.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, Test Automation and associated development software, Lifecycle Management software, DevOps software and Metric Reporting software.
  • Advanced customer service skills with the ability to deal tactfully with sensitive issues in a confidential manner and maintain a professional balance between customer and organizational needs.
