What is PIPP? PIPP stands for Personal Injury Protection Plan, and all Manitoba residents have injury claims coverage whether they own a vehicle or not. PIPP also covers visitors to Manitoba who are injured in an accident if a Manitoba registered vehicle is involved. Coverage also extends to all Manitoba residents if injured outside the province in Canada or the United States.
