As the PIPP Payment and Records Clerk, you will contribute to the overall objective of converting all incoming injury claim documentation into an electronic format that is consistently stored in secured libraries and made available to all authorized users in BI3. The PIPP Payment and Records Clerk provides electronic document identification support to all ICM business units based on each unit’s specific requirements. Additionally, the position processes payments for all non-indemnity bodily injury entitlements.

What is PIPP? PIPP stands for Personal Injury Protection Plan, and all Manitoba residents have injury claims coverage whether they own a vehicle or not. PIPP also covers visitors to Manitoba who are injured in an accident if a Manitoba registered vehicle is involved. Coverage also extends to all Manitoba residents if injured outside the province in Canada or the United States.
As a PIPP Payment & Records Clerk, you will be a part of the dynamic team that assists in converting all incoming PIPP related injury claim documentation into electronic format. The receipt and proper validation of this information triggers a workflow for the appropriate users to ensure timely claim management.
We are looking for an articling student to join our team (one position available). The articling student position is a one-year term (2025-2026) in MPI’s Legal & Legislative Services department.

MPI’s Legal department includes the General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, 15 staff lawyers, a paralegal, and 6 support staff. Lawyers for MPI provide a full range of legal services and represent the Corporation in a wide variety of cases before the Manitoba Court of Appeal, the Manitoba Court of King’s Bench, Small Claims Court, as well as appearing on administrative matters at the Public Utilities Board, Automobile Injury Compensation Appeal Commission, and the Licence Suspension Appeal Board.
As the Estimator - Rural, you will be responsible for estimating damage to all types of vehicles. You will complete estimates at a service or claim centre, and work remotely visiting off-site repair facilities, tow truck company compounds, and other locations. You will inspect vehicle damage and provide an estimate for the total cost of repairs.

As the Transportation Risk Specialist, you will be accountable for the sustainable delivery of SRE Safety and Loss Prevention programming. The position is responsible for conducting safety and loss prevention inspections of moderate to complex motor carrier fleets, facilities and garages. In this capacity, the Specialist will coordinate risk audits, plan activities through formal consultation, and schedule meetings in collaboration with brokers, clients, and consultants to promote a collegial approach to identifying and mitigating risks. Through an integrated reporting and follow-up process, the position will develop recommendations to prevent future liability exposures.
As the Senior Case Manager, you are responsible for case managing a set of moderate to highly complex injury claims. In this role, you will advise and assist claimants to support their recovery and access benefits and external resources, reviewing files for potential return-to-work (RTW) opportunities, monitoring rehabilitation and RTW progress and managing claim finances to ensure cost-effectiveness while monitoring for potential claims leakage.

As the IRI Analyst you will provide a high-level of personalized customer service to self-employed claimants, and independently processes and calculates a number of complex Income Replacement Indemnity (IRI) related entitlement calculations. You will provide guidance regarding financial information requirements, calculations, payment processing, and legislative guidelines. You will be responsible for participating in internal and external communications, performs financial reviews and forensic audits, and provides input and information regarding claims coverage and other investigations. You will contribute to a collaborative team environment and regularly provides input and shares IRI, accounting, and taxation expertise with others, including quality and technical review of resources in the IRI Unit.
As the Azure Administrator you are responsible for designing, implementing, securing, monitoring and maintaining Microsoft Azure solutions, including major services related to Compute, Storage, Network and Security. You are responsible for supporting and expanding DEV/OPS and automation capabilities. You will also administer Cloud systems and Cloud environments to ensure availability, reliability, security and integrity.
